The War Shooting

August 8th, 2005

So two guys have a gunfight over an argument over the war. There is one thing that I noticed:

They began arguing over the war, with Moore apparently for it and Smith against it.

Police said the argument escalated into a fight, and Smith drew a small pistol from his pocket, threatening to kill Moore. Witnesses said Moore pulled a .38-caliber pistol from his pocket and shot Smith once in the chest.

Catch that? The guy that was against attacking Iraq as a threat the US is the one that pulled a gun, and the guy who was for eliminating the threat that Iraq posed was the guy who actually shot and won the gunfight.

Food for thought. It is like a microcosm of the war argument camps.

“…five minutes later, Army recruiters were on the scene.”

That reminds me of the guy who shot and killed the other guy after losing a Bible quoting contest. I think that was like 10 years ago.

Nope. Both these guys were in thier sixties. Army recruiters are smarter than lefties.

My mother always told me “Don’t ever point a gun at someone unless you mean to kill them.” I think she told me that more to scare me into never pointing a gun, but it woulda served this guy, only changing it to read “Don’t ever be the FIRST to point a gun at someone…” Idiots.

    Guns aren’t meant for pointing.
