I’ve read 4 from the board’s list, and 18 from the readers’s. I think that says more about the board than me.  (I read 9 from the rival list.)

    Hmm…

    5, 22, and 9. And most of the first and last list were read as part of my education, and I would not read them again. (Joseph Conrad is almost painful to read, for example.)

    That so many L.Ron Hubbard books were in the Reader’s list makes me ponder who got to vote. And how many times. His books suck.

    There are too many Ayn Rand books too. The cultcases came out in force.
