Recipes using the SayUncle Martini Philosophy:

Pulled Pork: Get a 10 lbs Boston Butt. Marinade it in Kraft Italian dressing. Bake in a 350 degree oven for two hours covered in aluminum foil. Let it cool and then chop with a food processor.

Ribs: Get a slab of ribs. Rub heavily with Lowry’s Seasoned Salt and Old Bay. Microwave on high until well done.

Barbecue Sauce: Mix equal parts of catsup and Heinz 57. If you like it spicy, add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce. Put on everything (especially the above recipes.)

(The moral of this story is, if you don’t like Martinis, then just call it a Vodka Rocks with olives and be done with it.)

  2. Dangit, I hate when I stumble across an article that makes me giggle… at work… the folks in the cubes next to mine always give me funny looks.

ROFLMAO – and I don’t even “know” about BBQ, or bar-b-que, or whatever regional name it goes by.
