Seriously, you cry about Congress approving the Iraq war but you yawn at an actual illegal war? Could you be any more partisan?

But Teh iWON is special. They’ll let him get away with just about anything he pulls because if they said anything, then they- too would be a bunch of racists.

Liberal white guilt, is there anything it can’t do?

I am yawning at your hypocrisy! Its ok to LIE about WMD to go to war (because you believe it was a war that needed to happen regardless) versus just skipping the bull all together. I seriously could not care less. You already know where I stand on the US poking around in other affairs this applies to Libya the same as it does in Iraq.

It wasn’t a lie. He was wrong. And so was every other country on the planet. Even Saddam thought he had them. He had used chemical weapons in the past. Chemical weapons have been found, just not in stockpile quantities.

To call it a lie, at this point, is a lie. You know it isn’t true, and you expect people to believe you anyways. It’s ugly.

It may be ugly but the truth is I honest to God believe it was a LIE. Wrong or not that is my belief.

Now after reading your link help me with this one if a person buys stolen goods whether or not they know they are stolen are they still liable? If so if a person misleads others to the point were it has cost thousands of Americans lives should they also not be liable.

Don’t delete my ish again ;-)

If they knew or should have known the items were stolen, then that’s receiving stolen goods and is a crime. If they had a good reason to believe the seller had the right to sell, then they are still out the goods (for being wrong) but they aren’t a criminal.
