I will be shocked if anything happens to these cops in the legal system.  And that is a sad statement.

    You know Phelps this is were I spent 18 years of life. It’s a shitty place then and still is now. So needless to say nope I’m not suprised its still a relatively small place compared to Dallas and the cops have a small city mentality. “I’m the law so you best do as I say”.

    You see the exact same thing in Dallas. Testylying happens everywhere. This isn’t a small city mentality. It is a cop mentality.
