I was listening to an advocate of reform on TV describe that one of the way that reform will save money is that, in the current system, doctors often order all sorts of tests because they are afraid of getting sued for malpractice of they miss something. Under the new system, there will be fewer tests which is supposed to save money. My question is how is less thorough health care reform???

But that’s not “cutting benefits”. Unless a private insurer does it.

Remember, when the private insurer does it, it’s malpractice. When the government doctor does it, it’s FUNpractice!
