Rahm Emanuel:

“The question, though… does not come [down to] how many troops you send, but do you have a credible Afghan partner for this process that can provide the security and the type of services that the Afghan people need?” the chief of staff added.

So, in other words, because Obama doesn’t like the way the Afghanis voted, he might not send them enough troops to be safe from the Taliban.

Do you believe for a second that the media wouldn’t have been all over that angle if Bush had pulled that?  “Vote how I like or I’ll leave you high and dry?”

Some multilateralist, huh?
