If it can be passed through reconciliation, then it can be repealed through reconciliation. If not in December 2010, then in January 2013.

    Right becasue this is the ONLY time reconciliation has ever been used.

    Yup. And every one of those were financial, deficit lowering bills, because those are the rules for reconciliation. This isn’t a financial bill. This isn’t a deficit lowering bill.

    This is abuse of process.
